4th Mystery Quilt Event

 

Sign up for our new "Treasure Hunt" Mystery Challenge!

Our 4th Mystery Quilt challenge is set to beginning in January, 2008.  This challenge is very different from our previous mystery quilt events. 

The Rules are simple: At the beginning of January,  participants will be given a list of "Treasures" which they will need to find.  You may have the items already in your stash or you may have to find them elsewhere.  This is a good time for quilting friends to share their "treasures" with one another.

In mid February, you will receive the pattern for your quilt.  The challenge is to include as many "Treasures" from the list into your quilt.  At the Spring meeting,  on April 5th, participants are asked to bring in their challenge quilt with an index card listing the "Treasures" in their quilt.  A NHSQA Mystery Board member will need to locate the items listed somewhere on your quilt.  Prizes will be given for the one with most treasures.

  2. If you do not have email, you will receive your information via US postal mail.
  3. Send your $3.00 fee to the address below: Please remember to include your name and mailing address.

    Lastly, we are paying a license fee for this Mystery so we are asking members to be on the honor system and not give out the quilt pattern to non-paying members. We hope you will enjoy it!

    NHSQA holds a mystery challenge before each of our semi-annual meetings so that our members can bring their completed mystery challenge quilt to the meeting for all members to enjoy.
